Ingredientes (4personas)
- 300 g de rúcula
- 4 peras fuertes
- 100g de nueces
- 150gr de requesón de cabra
- ½ diente de ajo
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal
Modo de hacerlo
- Colocar las nueces, el ajo, el aceite de oliva y la sal en un recipiente y batir hasta formar una salsa
- Lavar la rúcula y desmenuzarla en hojas
- Repartir las hojas en platos individuales según el numero de comensales
- Lavar las peras pelarlas, quitarles el corazón y cortarlas en cuartos. Disponerlas sobre las hojas de rúcula
- Cubrir con el requesón de cabra y bañar toda la composición con la salsa de nueces.
